Strive is searching for talented and dynamic Business Development Consultants (BDs) located in the
Cape Town, South Africa area to support our Sales Acquisition on a 3-month contract basis with the
intention to extend. The responsibilities of a BD will include researching, prospecting, qualifying
leads and closing sales opportunities. Our BD will be contacting potential prospects through cold
calling and emails using Strive’s CRM list from leads provided by our Marketing team.
Our BDs are responsible for contacting leads, communicating Strive’s value proposition, and
scheduling demos. You will serve a key role in helping the company grow! The ideal candidate will be
extremely organized, have a positive, customer service-oriented attitude, and the drive to take
ownership of their role. You will be responsible for building rapport with leads and effectively
managing your pipeline.
